Enterprise inquiries

Enterprise plans are configured per organisation — pricing, SSO, audit retention, custom roles, white-labelling, and SLA targets are tailored to what your team needs. This page is how to start that conversation.

When you need Enterprise

You probably want an Enterprise conversation if any of these apply:

  • You need single sign-on with your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • You need automated user provisioning via SCIM.
  • You're going through a procurement or security review and need a DPA, subprocessor list, or pen-test summary.
  • You need audit-log retention beyond one year for compliance.
  • You need white-labelling (your logo, your accent colour, optionally your domain).
  • You have specific data-residency requirements beyond "EU".
  • You want a faster support SLA than the standard 24-hour resolution on Advanced.
  • You're sizing 20+ seats and want a tailored commercial proposal.

If none of those apply, Advanced is probably the right place. Start there and upgrade when the need is clear.

How to get in touch

The fastest path is the contact form on the marketing site:

  • From the docs — click the link below.
  • From the app — open Org Admin → Billing, then the Contact Sales for Enterprise button on the current-plan card.
  • From the marketing sitemindweaveboard.com/contact?source=enterprise.

Open the contact form

The form asks for:

  • Your name, work email, and company name.
  • Team size (1–10, 11–50, 51–200, 200+).
  • Your current plan, if any.
  • The areas you're interested in — SSO, audit, white-labelling, etc. (multi-select).
  • A short note on the use case.

You get a confirmation email immediately. Our team replies within 2 business days with proposed times for a 30-minute call.

What the first conversation covers

The first call (30 minutes, video) is meant to:

  • Understand your use case — how many people, what kind of workshops, what's pulling you toward MindWeaveBoard.
  • Walk through the specific Enterprise features you flagged.
  • Answer security / compliance questions and share documentation under NDA if needed.
  • Discuss commercials at a high level — pricing in Enterprise is volume-and-feature-based, not fixed.

It's a conversation, not a pitch. Bring questions; we'll have answers or we'll come back with them.

What happens next

After the first call we typically:

  1. Send a proposal with pricing, SLA targets, and the features included for your org.
  2. Share the DPA template and any security documentation for your team to review.
  3. Schedule a technical kickoff for SSO and SCIM configuration if those are in scope.
  4. Issue the contract for signature.
  5. Onboard your organisation, walk through admin setup, and confirm everything before the first invoice.

Most onboardings finish in 1–2 weeks from contract signing.

Existing customer upgrades

If you're already on Starter or Advanced and want to move to Enterprise, the same path applies — use the contact form. Your existing data, members, and boards all transfer to the Enterprise plan; nothing is recreated or migrated, just the contract and entitlements change.
