Is there a free plan?
Yes — Personal is free forever. You get up to 2 users and 3 boards. It's a solid place to try MindWeaveBoard before deciding whether to upgrade.
Can I invite people who aren't in my organisation?
Yes. They become board-level guests — they only see the specific board you invited them to, never the rest of your work. The number of guests depends on your plan: 0 (Personal), 5 (Starter), 25 (Advanced), unlimited (Enterprise). See Sharing with guests.
Do guests need to pay?
No. Guests collaborate on your boards for free. Only paid seats (members of your organisation) count toward your subscription.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Org Admin → Billing → Manage subscription lets you upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are immediate (and prorated); downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. See Upgrading and downgrading.
Where is my data hosted?
Inside the European Union, in Germany. We use a single cloud provider with data centres in Falkenstein and Nuremberg. Backups are encrypted and stay within the same region. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Enterprise customers can request specific data-residency arrangements.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Traffic is HTTPS only (TLS 1.2+). At rest, the database storage volume is encrypted, your password is hashed (bcrypt), and your two-factor authentication secret is encrypted with AES-256-GCM if you enable 2FA.
Can I export my boards?
Yes. From any board, click Export and pick a format. PNG is available on every plan; SVG on Starter and above; PDF on Advanced and above. The exported file includes everything visible on the canvas at export time.

Does MindWeaveBoard work on mobile?
Yes, but the canvas is designed for desktop and laptop. Boards open and are viewable on mobile, with pinch-to-zoom and two-finger pan, but heavy editing is much faster on a real keyboard. We surface a banner on small screens reminding you of this.
How do I cancel?
Org Admin → Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for; no further charges happen. You can re-activate at any time from the same screen.
