Four plans. Pick what fits, change anytime. Pricing is in EUR and applies per user per month, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves about two months.
The numbers below are kept in sync with the live pricing on mindweaveboard.com/pricing. If anything diverges, the website is authoritative.

Personal — €0
- Up to 2 users in your organisation

Personal is meant for trying MindWeaveBoard, sketching ideas, or running a single small project. There are no guest seats — to invite external collaborators you need at least Starter.
Starter — €9.99 / user / month
Everything in Personal, plus:
- Unlimited users and boards
- 5 guest collaborators per organisation
- AI assistance (50 queries / day / org)
- Templates (25 included)
- Presenter mode for live sessions
- PNG and SVG export
- Live polls
Starter is the right place for most small teams. The guest limit covers the typical "one or two consultants on a couple of projects" pattern.
Advanced — €24.99 / user / month
Everything in Starter, plus:
- 25 guest collaborators per organisation
- Unlimited AI queries
- Voice and video co-collaboration
- Voice transcription
- PDF export
- Custom templates
- Live Q&A and word clouds
- Advanced board features
Advanced is the place to land if your team uses MindWeaveBoard daily for facilitation, design work, or strategy sessions, or if you need cross-team workshops with external participants.
Enterprise — Custom
Everything in Advanced, plus:
- Unlimited guest collaborators
- Single sign-on (SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning)
- Audit logs for compliance review
- White-labelling
- Custom data residency
- API access
- Project management integrations
- Service-level agreement and dedicated support

How upgrades and downgrades work
You can change plans at any time from Org Admin → Billing.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You're prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle, so you keep the higher-tier features until renewal.
- If a downgrade would leave you above a new lower limit (e.g., 8 guests on a Starter plan), you'll be asked to remove the surplus before the downgrade can complete.

Currency and tax
Prices are in EUR. VAT and any applicable local tax are added at checkout based on the billing address. We provide PDF invoices for every payment.
